Makamaka Snacks takes pride in providing high-quality products that satisfy our customers. Our products are carefully checked, and we provide a "Best Before" date to ensure optimal consumption time. We also recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place to maintain quality.
Please note that due to our Food Safety Protocol, we cannot accept returns of our products. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact us with proof of images within seven (7) days of receiving your order, and we will replace or refund your account for those items. Also note that any fees for the original shipping, duties, or taxes you paid will not be refunded.
Additionally, shipping, duties, and taxes on the replacement order will be your responsibility. We value our customers' satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
