The idea for Makamaka Snacks was born around a table full of local-Hawaiian favorites, a glass of wine, and the comfort of good company. In that space, founder Peter Kang envisioned a way to celebrate Hawaiʻi’s flavors and vibrant communities. With roots in Honolulu, Makamaka Snacks partners with local growers and vendors to craft snacks that reflect island values of connection, care, and the ʻono flavors Hawaiʻi is known for. Our curated pancake kits bring the taste of home to any kitchen.
