Additionally, any duties and taxes on the replacement order will be your responsibility for exchange orders.

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping information, as we can only guarantee successful delivery for orders that are properly addressed. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from outdated or incorrect addresses or if the recipient is unavailable, out of town, or refuses the package.
